By downloading or using Sleeptones you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using Sleeptones

Sleeptones gives you a licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or extract the music and sound recordings from the app.

Not medical advice

Sleeptones is a relaxation aid. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have persistent trouble sleeping, please speak to a doctor or other qualified health professional.

Listening safely

Keep the volume low, particularly with headphones or earbuds, and choose a sleep timer so audio does not play all night at a high level.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. The app is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Intellectual property

The Sleeptones name, logo, music and artwork belong to Sleeptones and its licensors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
